On January 18th at Noon, we will have our next installment of the MPPOA Lunch and Learn series.  The topic this month is navigating the supply chain disruption presented by Ms. Bobbie Tolston, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB, Supervisor of Procurement for Harford County Public Schools.

Program Overview:

Navigating Supply Chain Disruptions

Description: The coronavirus pandemic has been the catalyst behind much of the recent supply chain disruption. During this interactive session she will share her experiences working for a K-12 school district in Maryland during the pandemic.  This will be a great way to share tools, strategies and resources that will prove useful to us, as we navigate our way through these unprecedented times!

Topics to include ways to manage supplier payment increase requests, how long should we ask supplies to hold their pricing for a solicitation in a volatile market, etc. Her presentation has been tailored to respond to the questions received from our membership.
