Bobbie’s unwavering integrity is legendary. Leadership comes in many forms, but true leadership, the kind that inspires lasting loyalty and dedication is built on strong moral principles.
She’s a procurement leader with over 20 years of experience in public procurement. She currently serves as the Energy Conservation Resource Manager for Hartford County Schools (HCPS) in Maryland. HCPS has 37,000 students and 54 schools. When she speaks about sustainability and the recycling program she led in a middle school in Hartford County, you immediately see and feel the passion and integrity she brings to the profession.
Bobbie is a member of the NIGP Talent Council, Mentorship Committee, an NIGP Instructor, and a Radio NIGP personality.
