Enrollment and Scholarship Opportunities for NIGP Edge and Impact Program

Edge Program
APPLY FOR THE PROGRAM AND THE SCHOLARSHIP BY AUGUST 31, 2025

Unleash your leadership potential with Edge, NIGP's leadership program for emerging leaders.  
All admitted participants will receive a scholarship of $875 to be used towards the $1,200 Edge Program registration fee.  The scholarship also covers three nights lodging at the El Conquistadorin Tucson during Leadership Summit. 

This year’s program runs from November 4, 2025, to March 24, 2026, featuring a blend of virtual sessions and the in-person experience in Tucson, Arizona, from February 19 - 21, 2026.

Eligibility
Must be a member of NIGP (agency/individual) in good standing.
Must not be a recipient of a 2025 Leadership Summit (Edge or Impact) Scholarship recipients.

Impact Program
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DUE BY AUGUST 31, 2025!
Program Registration Opens October 8, 2025.

Are you a mid to senior-level leader ready to tackle leadership challenges in a collaborative environment? Scholarships are available for the Impact program, an immersive experience that includes both virtual components and the in-person event at the Leadership Summit 2026 in Tucson, Arizona, from February 19-21, 2026.

These scholarships are specifically for individuals who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend due to financial constraints. Each is valued at $895, covering the full early registration fee.

Eligibility:
Must be a member of NIGP (agency/individual) in good standing. 
Must not be a past recipient of the following NIGP scholarships: 2025 Leadership Summit (Impact or Edge Scholarship), 2024 - 2025 Professional Development Scholarship, 2025 Forum Scholarship (In person or Virtual)
