2024 MPPOA Annual Fall Conference
We are glad you are registering for our 2024 Annual Fall Conference!
Please find registration instructions below:
Single Member Registration
~Single member registering for themselves
Under "Who is registering for this event?" Select Me Only, then follow the prompt. You will have to answer the questions to finalize your registration.
~Single member registration if bringing a guest to the Annual Awards Reception and Dinner.
Under "Who is registering for this event?" Select Me+ and note the number of guests. Then select the Member Guest- Banquet radial and provide the name for your Non-Member Banquet guest.
~Single member already registered by their organization, but who will be bringing a guest must register and pay for their guest.
Under "Who is registering for this event?" Select Not me, but I am registering (then the number of guests you are registering).
Then select the Member Guest- Banquet radial and provide the name for your Non-Member Banquet guest.
Member Registering Multiple Members (Organizations with Tier Memberships)

Members registering for themselves and others,
select Me + and include the number of other members you want to include, hit the next button. You will see that you have your registration, and you will see radial buttons for each Member guest and any guest those members may be bringing
(if any and if your organization will be paying for the guest's fees)
. Select each of those buttons and a list of all your organization's members will populate. You can then select one member for each "Member Guest". You must then answer the questions for each of the members who you are registering, including yourself.

Members not registering for themselves, but for others in their organization, select
the Not Me, but I am registering and include the number of other members you want to register and hit the next button. You will see that you yourself is not registering, but you will see that you can register for the number of members you selected and their guests (if any and if your organization will be paying for the guest's fees). Select each
of those buttons and a list of all your organization's members will populate. You can then select one member for each "Member Guest". You must then answer the questions for each of the members you are registering.
Member Registering Multiple Members (For Organizations where all members are individual memberships)
You will either be selecting Me + (number of other guests) or Not Me, but I am registering (number of other guests), click next and then from the options presented choose Member Guest- Another Member. You will then have to select the Member by clicking on the red lettering and finding your fellow member from the search. Proceed as directed.
If any of these registered members wish to bring a guest, they will need to individually follow the directions of Single member already registered by their organization published above.
Non-Member Public Purchasing Professional Registration
You will select Sign up a Non-Member, then select Just this Non-Member. Then you will select Non-Member Public Purch Profess- Full Conference. You will then be required to complete your name and contact information. As you proceed you will then be required to answer the questions listed below.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are registering for multiple people in your organization, you will need to know the answers to the following questions in advance for each of the individuals you are registering.

If the member is planning to attend the Wednesday evening Hospitality Event.
~
If the member has dietary restrictions
~
If the member intends to bring a guest

PLEASE NOTE:
Each member must go in and register and pay for their own guest.)

What size T-shirt does the member wear.
~
Is the member interested in helping out at the conference.
Payment
Registration payment is due in advance of the conference.
Registration may be paid at time of the registration via credit card or p-card. If the registration needs to be paid off of an invoice with a check mailed in, that option is available. HOWEVER, all payments must be received by September 20, 2024 or the registration will be cancelled.
